3. Products and Descriptions

  • We sell new books and used books. Each listing states the condition of the item (for example "New", "Like New", "Very Good", "Good", or "Acceptable").
  • We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Because used books are individual items, minor differences in appearance, such as cover wear, may exist, but any significant defects will be described in the listing.
  • Colors may appear differently depending on your screen.
  • Used and occasional titles are available in limited quantities. We may limit the quantity of any item you can buy.
  • We do not guarantee that the Site is free of typographical or technical errors.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your shipping address.
  • Standard shipping within the United States is free.
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
  • Your order is charged when you place it. If a payment cannot be authorized, we may cancel the order.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation email and ship the items. We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, for reasons such as an item being out of stock (including one-of-a-kind used books that sold elsewhere), a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or an inability to verify your payment or address. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You can ask to cancel an order before it ships by emailing arjouzinidal@gmail.com.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free, and estimated delivery is 3 to 8 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur because of carrier issues, weather, or other events outside our control. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, because we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. 7. Returns and Refunds

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. The conditions, process, and refund timing are described in our Return and Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
