Thank you for shopping at the Game Store. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as described below.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition in which you received it
- Not be written in, highlighted, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Be returned with its original packaging or in secure protective packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Used books are sold in the condition stated in the product listing (for example "Good" or "Acceptable"). Normal wear described in the listing is not a reason for return, unless the item differs from its description.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery (water damage, tears, markings, and similar)
- Digital products or gift cards, if offered
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, has a defect, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at arjouzinidal@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund, including the original shipping cost, at no cost to you.
5. How to Start a Return
- Email us at arjouzinidal@gmail.com or call +1 540-878-5480 within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your name, order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will review your request and send you return instructions, including the return address, within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or not accepted.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind or an ordering mistake, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost. Original shipping is free, so no shipping charge is refunded on standard returns. We recommend using a trackable service, because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm that we received it and tell you whether your refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of inspection.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Shopify Payments. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- The refund covers the price of the returned item(s) and applicable sales tax, if any was charged.
If a returned item does not meet the conditions above, we will notify you and may send it back to you or offer a partial refund.
8. Exchanges
Since our inventory includes one-of-a-kind used books, we cannot always offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
9. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible at arjouzinidal@gmail.com. If your order has already shipped, you can return it after delivery under this policy.
10. Lost or Late Packages
Standard shipping is free, with estimated delivery in 3 to 8 business days. If your package has not arrived within that time, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
